During the initial phone inquiry, we can arrange a free consultation and site visit to your home. This meeting will allow us to carry out a site survey and gather all necessary information needed to assess the project. When requested, we can discuss and contribute to the design process giving the benefit of our years experience in the business, all free of charge.
Stage By Stage
- Draw up an individual design after a site visit to your home.
- Liaise with the local authority (if planning is required) and provide expert advice and technical support.
- You can have up to 40m2 (420ft2) internal floor built to the back of your home without planning permission.
- The time frame of our work depending on the size of the new building is normally around 6-7 weeks.
- All work is then certified by our Company Architect to be in compliance with building regulations and exemption of planning.

Stage payments are made during the job. No work will be paid for which is not complete.
A booking deposit is paid on contract signing. After this a slot/start date is agreed for works to commence. An ongoing relationship with your project manager will make the process from concept to completion a pleasant one.
